• You submit a Request for Care to Night Owl Kids Care (NOKC). We will review, confirm acceptance, and provide a quote.

• You Book NOKC with a deposit and tell us the childcare space you've chosen at your venue.

• From there, NOKC handles the logistics of staffing, planning, and set up for care based on the packages below.

Our childcare professionals are handpicked by our executive leadership team. We ensure that they are thoroughly vetted and trained. This includes full background clearance (federal, state, and local background checks including FBI Fingerprinting), verified experience and education, pediatric & adult CPR, First Aid, AED, and NOKC trainings in annual child protection, cultural competency, event etiquette, mixed-age group management, & more.

All events are customizable and inclusive. Children of varying developmental & physical needs are welcome. We serve ages 6 months through 12 years. If you need additional options, please specify in your request for care and we will exceed your wants and needs.
